View and Create Case
- To view cases, click My Support on the top navigation bar. You will be able to view the list of Open and Closed cases.
- To create a new case, click Open a New Case.
Update a Case
Click the Case Number on the case summary list (e.g. CAS-05053-D6R4) to open the case details page, which allows you to
- Add Comment
- View Comments posted by Mainpac Support Analysts
- View all historical activities
- Close or Cancel a Case
