View and Create Case

  1. To view cases, click My Support on the top navigation bar. You will be able to view the list of Open and Closed cases.
  2. To create a new case, click Open a New Case.

Update a Case

Click the Case Number on the case summary list (e.g. CAS-05053-D6R4) to open the case details page, which allows you to

  • Add Comment
  • View Comments posted by Mainpac Support Analysts
  • View all historical activities
  • Close or Cancel a Case
